Our Mission
In joyful response to God’s grace, we the people of St. John Lutheran Church, a proud member of the LCMS (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod), dedicate ourselves to: Loving God and each other as God loved us, Growing together spiritually through Word and Sacrament, and Reaching out with the Gospel through our community outreach programs. We also focus on caring for others in the pattern of Christ, including supporting our local Elementary School and participating in Lutheran Church services.

St. John Lutheran School is moving!
In July of 2025, St. John was blessed with the opportunity to purchase the former Hewitt-Texas Elementary School from the Wausau School District. After a lot of hard work by a lot of dedicated individuals, on September 16th the building became the property of St John. Work began immediately to prepare the space to become our new school home. We'd welcome the opportunity to show you around and welcome new students to the St. John student family.
